Contingency Plan

What could go wrong during production
How are you going to avoid this issue? What’s your back up plan?
My models might not turn up
To avoid this problem I should make sure that I alert my models a week before the photo shoot to make sure they can still attend, so that if they can’t I have time to reschedule or get new models. I will them remind them of the time, date and place of the shoot and make sure that they are still okay to do it, then again the day before, and on the morning of the day, then a couple of hours before.
No camera or lighting equipment available
To avoid this problem I will check the day before that all my equipment is set up. I will then go on the morning of my shoot, and arrive 30 minutes before to remind them and make sure that everything is set up and ready so I don’t have a delay.
Models refuse to wear costumes
To avoid this i will make sure i give my models a full brief so they know exactly what is expected of them. I will then check with them that it is okay and let them try it on and have a trail to make sure they are comfortable. I will them check with them two days before that it is still okay.
Could lose pictures/work
To avoid this I am going to make sure that I back my pictures and work up on a memory stick, my home computer and my computer at college, so that if I lose them I have full back-ups.
Run out of time
To avoid this I will make sure that I leave plenty of time and plan in advance, getting a head start. I will also make sure I use lessons and free periods to my full advantage and also use my time at home wisely.
Don’t get a photo shoot
To avoid this I will make sure that I book one very far ahead of when I plan to do it, so that I can check I have defiantly got one.
